You'll take ownership of a thriving portfolio of managed properties across the greater Dublin area, managing every aspect of the lettings and property management process.From advertising and viewings to tenancy agreements, maintenance coordination, and RTB compliance—you'll be the key contact ensuring landlords, tenants, and contractors all enjoy a seamless experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage an existing portfolio of rental properties throughout Dublin.Handle all lettings activity: advertising, tenant vetting, and lease administration using LetMan.Oversee maintenance requests and liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors.Ensure RTB registration and compliance with tenancy legislation.Provide exceptional service and clear communication at all stages of the tenancy lifecycle.Ideal Candidate Profile:Holds a valid Property Services Licence (Categories B, C & D) .Full, clean driving licence with access to own car.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.In-depth knowledge of tenancy law, RTB procedures, and compliance standards.Highly organised, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy lettings environment.Strong administrative and IT skills with meticulous attention to detail.A team player with a positive, professional attitude.What's on Offer:A full-time, office-based role in the heart of Rathgar, reporting to the Head of Lettings.Competitive salary and excellent benefits.22 days annual leave .Company mobile phone and laptop provided.Mileage and expenses covered.A friendly, collaborative work culture where your ideas and contributions are valued.If you're ready to elevate your career in property with a company that values professionalism, integrity, and growth, we'd love to hear from you
