Role Overview
As Restaurant Director at Schahet Hotels, you will oversee the food and beverage departments, ensuring quality standards, profitability, and excellent guest service. Key Responsibilities
1. Manage food and beverage operations, including food prep, service, and lounge operations.
2. Maintain quality standards and guest service excellence.
3. Achieve revenue targets, control costs, and maximize profits.
4. Develop and oversee marketing programs and participate in menu design.
5. Prepare and manage departmental budgets and monitor expenses.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
7. Schedule staff and provide training and development opportunities.
8. Participate in management meetings and contribute to hotel service standards.
9. Hire and terminate departmental staff as needed.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Serve Safe Certification required.
* Minimum five years in food and beverage, with at least two in management (hotel or restaurant experience preferred).
* Culinary experience is a plus.
