As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System across multiple clinics. The role involves ensuring compliance with EU Directives, Irish legislation, and HPRA guidance while maintaining excellence in patient care and organisational performance.
The Quality Manager will act as Responsible Person for a wholesale distribution facility operating under a Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA) and ensure full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP). You will lead audits, manage documentation, and develop team members to maintain QMS registers and compliance documentation.

About the Role
* Quality Management System & Performance: Lead non-conformance investigations, review complaints, and prepare quality reports.
* Responsible Person Duties (Wholesale Distribution): Ensure full compliance with WDA conditions, GDP guidelines, and applicable legislation.
* Auditing: Lead the internal audit programme and report findings.
* Documentation & Compliance: Manage controlled documentation and SOP implementation.
* Team Leadership: Manage the Quality team, including performance reviews and training.
