**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Director to lead our food and beverage operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing multiple outlets or large-scale hotel restaurant operations, with a proven ability to drive success through exceptional leadership and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor food and beverage teams across outlets.
* Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Maintain cost controls, staffing levels and performance KPIs.
* Drive sustainability initiatives and uphold high standards in HACCP, health and safety, hygiene and staff training.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a food service leadership role (ideally within a hotel setting).
* Proven success managing multiple outlets or large-scale hotel restaurant operations.
* Excellent communication, team leadership and customer-service skills.
* Financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, labour planning and stock control.
* Passion for hospitality, sustainability and customer experience.
* Flexible, organized and calm under pressure.
