Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis – Oversee accurate financial reporting, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights.
2. Budgeting & Forecasting – Lead budgeting, scenario planning, and financial forecasting to support business decisions.
3. Supply Chain & Cost Analysis – Optimize supply chain costs, evaluate pricing strategies, and enhance profitability.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure adherence to financial regulations, manage audits, and mitigate financial risks.
5. Strategic Leadership – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide financial guidance, and liaise with key stakeholders.
6. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Financial Strategies – Develop financial strategies for digital sales and logistics.
What They’re Looking For:
1. Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification.
2. Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience, ideally in a high-growth business.
3. Skills: Strong analytical ability, strategic mindset, process automation experience, and excellent communication skills.
