Pizza Store Manager Job
A successful Store Manager is required for a leading Pizza Brand with over 1,000 Retail outlets across the UK and Ireland. The role will be based in Drogheda, Co. Louth.
About the Role
This permanent position offers excellent opportunities for progression. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in hospitality or food, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate staff. Key responsibilities include:
* People Management: Mentoring and training staff, managing rosters, cash handling procedures and stock management.
* Operational Excellence: Delivering outstanding quality, service and store profitability through efficient logistics, inventory control and reporting.
* Customer Focus: Providing excellent customer services, promoting the brand and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Language Skills: Written and spoken fluent English.
* Qualifications: A relevant Food Qualification or Degree is highly desirable.
* Experience: Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor in hospitality or food, with a proven track record of delivering results.
* Living Requirements: Must be living with commutable distance to Drogheda and have an up-to-date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
