The Lab Coordinator will be responsible for the operational and administrative functions of the AIAL, ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of research, engagement, and governance activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.
The role combines day-to-day operational responsibilities with broader coordination across projects, partners, and delivery timelines, fostering cross-centre collaborations that contribute to Trinitys institutional research excellence.
The postholder will coordinate the labs key administrative functions; finance, HR, research activities, communications, and stakeholder engagement working closely with the PI to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the lab and its external collaboration.

This employment is not offered on an indefinite duration basis because work and deliverables linked to the AIAL lab and associated activities will come to an end.
Termination of this contract will occur on completion of the work in which you are engaged in, or in the event of the funding stream being terminated or withdrawn by the funding agency Hours of Post: 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE) Salary: This appointment will be made on the pro-rated Administrative 2 Salary Scale ( €58,999 - €69,325 per annum pro-rata) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
