Heavy Maintenance Compliance & Standards Engineer
Ryanair is recruiting for a Heavy Maintenance Compliance & Standards Engineer to assist with maintaining industry‑leading safety standards across our contracted heavy maintenance providers.
Responsibilities
Carry out independent reviews of technical standards of work accomplishment at contracted MRO organisations.
Identify opportunities for improvement within supplier processes and Ryanair interface agreements.
Identify industry best practice and drive continuous improvement across all Ryanair‑contracted heavy maintenance organisations.
Manage customer audit findings and work with suppliers to ensure robust investigations, corrective and preventative actions.
Investigate safety reports, maintenance errors and potential errors as part of our SMS.
Identify trends in reports and take appropriate action as required.
Qualifications
Have worked as a senior mechanic or certifying staff in an airline engineering or MRO organisation.
Have heavy/base maintenance experience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft types.
Have a solid working knowledge of EASA Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
Hold a degree in an engineering subject or an EASA or UK Part 66 AML or equivalent technical experience.
