Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as required.
Provide medication prompts Ensure accurate documentation.
Observe wellbeing and escalate concerns promptly to the care team.
Foster trusted relationships with clients and families; maintain confidentiality.
Level 5 in Healthcare Support (desirable - must be willing to complete) Empathetic, dependable, and a strong communicator.
