You’ll work closely with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and product teams to embed compliance early in development and ensure market readiness.This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives, shape certification strategy, and work in a collaborative, innovative environment focused on industrial IoT excellence.With a flexible hybrid work schedule, you can enjoy the best of both worlds—engaging in-person collaboration at our Galway office, while also benefiting from the autonomy and comfort of remote work.What You’ll Do:Global Certification & ComplianceManage certification processes for IIoT hardware across global markets including North America, EU, APAC, and LATAM.Ensure compliance with industrial regulatory standards such as FCC, CE, UL, CSA, IEC, ATEX, and other industrial certifications.Coordinate with global certification bodies and test labs to execute EMC, safety, wireless, and environmental testing.Industrial Standards & Regulatory ExpertiseInterpret and apply standards including IEC 61000, IEC 62368, EN 12830, and related industrial guidelines.Ensure certification readiness for wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LoRa, and global cellular networks.Project & Program ManagementLead certification programs across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with development timelines and go-to-market targets.Develop and maintain certification roadmaps, resource plans, and schedules.Track program progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to ensure market readiness.Communicate milestones and program status to cross-functional teams and leadership.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with hardware, firmware, product, and manufacturing teams early in the design cycle.Provide design-for-compliance guidance to ensure certification success.Monitor global regulatory changes and evaluate impact on current and future product lines.Identify certification risks and develop mitigation strategies to support product development and market expansion.Who You Are:You’re a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace.
