Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Commission-Only Sales Representative based in Dublin, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and showcasing the benefits of Graco Studios' services. Daily tasks will include maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the production team to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and met.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, business development, or a related field
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
* Knowledge of the film, photography, or podcast industry is a plus
* Ability to work independently and part of a team
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
* Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
