International Engineering & Manufacturing Headhunter within Food & Beverage Manufacturing
We’re looking for a Head of Technical to lead the technical function at a fast-paced chilled food production site. This role is responsible for maintaining food safety, quality, and legal compliance across all operations.
You’ll manage site-based technical teams and be the key point of contact for external audits, customer standards, and internal compliance. The role requires a strong focus on continuous improvement, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the site’s technical strategy, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
* Managing internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits.
* Driving continuous improvement in quality systems and hygiene standards.
* Developing and supporting the technical team, building capability and accountability.
* Collaborating with production, operations, and supply chain to deliver safe, high-quality products.
