Job Title: Senior Project Manager
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our civil engineering projects from conception to delivery. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract delivery, from tendering and procurement to resource management and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple civil engineering projects simultaneously.
* Oversee all aspects of contract delivery, including tendering, procurement, and resource management.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Lead and manage multiple contracts and frameworks concurrently.
* Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
* Attend and lead client and stakeholder meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in contract management within the civil engineering or construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of the tendering process and associated documentation.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate resources effectively across projects.
