As a Lab LIMS Developer, you will play a critical role in enabling seamless data transfer and management within the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), supporting multiple sites across the pharma client's network.

This position offers the chance to work at the intersection of technology and science, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance while driving operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to impactful projects that enhance laboratory processes and support global regulatory standards.

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Working experience configuring, migrating, and interfacing within Lab Ware LIMS, Lab Vantage LIMS, or Empower CDS applications.

Proven expertise in creating Crystal Reports tailored for business users.

Experience with LIMS system interfaces to laboratory instruments, particularly Empower CDS.

Strong knowledge of validated, 21 CFR Part 11 compliant computer systems.

Excellent verbal and technical writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in international and intercultural teams.

A passion for designing elegant, user-centric solutions that empower scientists to leverage data effectively.

What type of work will I be doing? Configuring and maintaining master data and lab solutions within the LIMS environment.

Data migration, testing, validation, and bulk data transfers using tools such as Excel or ETL solutions Collaboration with cross-functional teams, auditing data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and escalating risks to the LIMS implementation team Success in the Role: Successfully configure and maintain master data including item codes, product specifications, sampling plans, and instrument records to support laboratory workflows.

Execute data migration, testing, and validation activities to ensure accurate and compliant data transfer between environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Analytical and IS to gather requirements and implement robust data solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues while maintaining compliance with industry standards such as FDA, MHRA, and ISO.
