RGP is seeking a
Collections Manager
to join its consulting team on a
12-month contract
. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in
collections management, invoicing, and operations
within a
large, multinational organisation
.
KEY DELIVERABLES
* Execute hands-on collections activities with a focus on action and outcomes rather than process design.
* Manage a dedicated portfolio of premium, high-value external customers.
* Conduct timely payment follow-ups and ensure invoices are paid in full and on schedule.
* Prepare and send customer account statements.
* Resolve disputes, billing discrepancies, and related customer issues promptly.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to support customer needs.
* Provide high-touch support and manage escalations for premium customers.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Demonstrated experience working with premium or high-value customer accounts.
* Background in a Payments Center, Customer Operations, or similar environment.
* Fluent proficiency in
French
or
German
.
* Proven track record of success in collections.
