As part of an established team of Mechanical & Electrical professionals, the successful candidate will be involved in the production of competitive tenders/detailed estimates, assisting the existing estimators and beginning with the process of getting quantities from plans and models under supervision.
* Ensuring sub-contractor quotes comply with the specification.
* Completing take-offs from tender drawings and models.
* Filing and storing of all information in the current folder system.
* Training in the mechanical role to become proficient in M&E.
Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly numerate.
* Willingness to learn.
* Available to attend the head office full-time for the first three months at least. Hybrid working will be acceptable after this initial period.
* A previous trade or engineering background
