EFlexes have a wonderful opportunity for a Stores Operative with a well-established, high-profile company based in Shannon. This is a self-managed role reporting to the Senior Supervisor Engineering & Stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the stores operations, including goods inwards, stock management, stock auditing, and ordering, while ensuring the safekeeping of goods and supplies. Key Areas of Responsibility Receive and inspect incoming stock, along with documenting deliveries Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding deliveries Handle telephone queries related to supply and material availability Manage stock effectively to meet operational requirements Ensure stock is stored correctly and maintain the overall upkeep of the stores to support efficiency Operate and update the inventory management system with accurate stock data Maintain precise stock records and associated documentation Conduct regular stock takes to ensure minimum levels of critical inventory are maintained Allocate and deliver goods from stores to relevant departments, ensuring proper documentation is completed Assist with site supervision of capital works projects Carry out other duties as assigned by Airport Engineering & Operations Management Qualifications, Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a stores environment Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to work accurately and methodically A full, clean driving licence Safe Pass and licence to operate assisted lift equipment (desirable) Good numeracy skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems Strong initiative and the ability to work independently Good interpersonal and communication skills A strong customer service ethos An understanding of health and safety requirements To apply, please email your CV to or call for further details.
