Our client, a leading Irish law firm, is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to support their Finance and Banking Team.

Support fee earners in addressing complex legal and practical issues raised by clients.
Assist in the development of practice notes, toolkits, and other legal know-how resources.
Develop and promote the firms Finance and Banking expertise in the market, preparing legal updates and other communications for clients.
Ensure the teams collective knowledge is captured, shared, and disseminated effectively across the firm.
Help design and deliver training for fee earners, trainees, and client-facing training sessions.
Contribute to the development, production, and maintenance of Finance and Banking precedents and Know-How.
Develop knowledge tools aligned with business needs and support broader Knowledge Management initiatives.
Collaborate with the Knowledge and Practice Development Partner to enhance the Finance and Banking practice area and participate in relevant projects.
Requirements: The successful candidate will be an experienced lawyer with: Legal practice or in-house legal experience in Finance and Banking.
Strong technical, legal, and analytical skills.
Excellent drafting and communication abilities.
Ability to present legal concepts clearly, both in formal training sessions and in one-on-one consultations.
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
A keen interest in Knowledge Management and continuous professional development.
