We are recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our team in the heart of Galway City.
The Role
* Prepare and present all dishes to our regular high standards.
* Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen.
* Monitoring portion and waste control.
* Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
The Candidate
* 2 years of previous experience in a similar role in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiasm, excitement and passion as well as all of the necessary creative skills.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP.
* Superb teamwork, time management and communication skills.
* A good command of spoken/written English is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00-€17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
