Our client is a modern and forward-thinking business based in Tralee.
You will oversee the implementation of their software solutions with clients across both the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. Your key responsibilities include establishing project scope and requirements in collaboration with the client and our sales team. You will take ownership of product development and delivery, ensuring projects are completed within agreed scope, on time and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in client meetings to determine project scope, gather requirements and specifications.
* Conduct necessary meetings and demos to facilitate selection of services and products.
* Develop detailed project plans to track progress and report on project performance and metrics.
* Maintain close relationships with clients, stakeholders and third parties/vendors.
* Participate in testing, identify bugs and inspect results for quality.
* Prepare training materials and deliver user training onsite and online.
About the Role
* You will be an integral member of our strong and supportive team, working alongside Senior Project Managers and the Product team.
* You will engage with clients across the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors.
* You will work on relevant implementations to help customers improve efficiencies and reduce regulatory compliance burdens.

* Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and tight timelines.
* Available for travel to clients for onsite meetings and training.
* Full driving license essential.
Desirable Qualifications
* Degree level or over.
* Direct experience in project management with knowledge of techniques, tools and software.
* PMI/Prince Certification.
* ICT literate with knowledge of Project Management tools and software.
* Strong competence with MS Office products.
