* Inspiring and influencing decision-makers: Confidently engage senior stakeholders with compelling, insight-led storytelling that brings the Too Good To Go mission to life and positions it as a strategic opportunity.
* Leading negotiations: Manage all aspects of deal structuring and negotiation with professionalism and precision, overcoming objections and aligning partner and business goals.
* Planning and executing pilots: Design and deliver impactful pilot programmes that validate our proposition, demonstrate value, and build internal advocacy within the partner business.
* Closing deals and delivering successful rollouts: Take full ownership of the final stages of the sales process - from signed agreement to full rollout - ensuring each new partner is set up for long-term success before transitioning to the Key Account Management team.
* Managing internal and external stakeholders: Navigate complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, maintaining alignment and momentum through to close and beyond.
* Driving international rollouts with global brands: Partner closely with the UK market and Global teams to deliver impactful pilots and unlock growth with international brands in Ireland.

* Expertise in delivering persuasive, insight-driven pitches and proposals to senior-level stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to assess opportunities strategically and drive tangible outcomes.
* Excellent communication skills - confident in managing multiple stakeholders, navigating resistance, and influencing decisions.
