HR Manager
This is a key role in the company, responsible for managing all aspects of HR.
* Recruitment: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop sourcing strategies and manage recruitment processes.
* Employee Relations: The successful candidate will support workplace investigations, provide advice on disciplinary procedures, and ensure adherence with relevant regulations.
* HR Policies and Procedures: They will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* Previous recruitment experience (minimum 1 year) and a background in social care or knowledge of the sector.
* Strong working knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
