Job Title: Payroll Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work in payroll management.
Responsibilities:
* Process weekly payroll for 50+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
* Prepare payroll and related management reports as required, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
* Maintain and update records in payroll and time management systems, optimizing data entry processes.
* Evaluate and implement strategies to ensure full compliance with Irish tax and employment legislation.
* Support the accounts department by processing data, purchase orders, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll processing with strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and revenue systems.
* Hold a valid IPASS qualification, ensuring competence in payroll practices.
* Develop and apply excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with proficiency in Excel and other software tools.
* Demonstrate a proactive work ethic, identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement solutions effectively.
