We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative administrative sales coordinator to drive sales and marketing projects.

The role involves increasing sales and brand awareness for our product range in France, working closely with the sales and business development team to provide active support and build strong relationships with end-users and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* General sales administration, sales quotations, and order processing/entry via an ERP system.

* Providing hands-on support to the sales team.

* Building relationships with customers to upsell our product offerings.

* Liaising with other departments on issues arising and representing customers internally.

* Compiling sales reports and communicating market findings and customer insights to the sales/marketing team and management.

Requirements:

* Fluency in English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* A third-level qualification in Business or equivalent is advantageous.

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office-based administration environment.
