Position Summary
The Ulster Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for driving the revenue strategy for hotels in Donegal and Belfast at the Harcourt Hotel Collection. Working closely with the Group Director of Sales & Marketing and the hotel sales, marketing, reservations, and revenue teams, to ensure proactive and strategic revenue management to achieve targets and KPIs. This includes effective communication, pricing, and optimizing revenue streams across all segments, with continual efforts to grow our presence and returns in key markets.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Oversee revenue management at Lough Eske Castle and Grand Central Bundoran directly, supporting teams at Redcastle Hotel & Spa and Titanic Hotel Belfast with distribution strategies and revenue management.
* Generate and review daily pick-up analysis, adjust strategies, and report findings.
* Perform market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
* Develop pricing strategies tailored to each hotel's unique offerings.
* Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, variances, and budget comparisons by segment.
* Manage strategies for third-party distribution channels.
* Assess, analyze, and price group business strategies.
* Analyze monthly performance reports and recommend strategic improvements.
* Ensure systems are configured, validated, and fully operational.
* Assist hotel teams in maintaining reservation operation standards.
* Maintain up-to-date booking engine processes at each property.
* Collaborate with hotel operations, sales, marketing, revenue, and reservations departments with support from the Group Director of Sales & Marketing.
* Assist in monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
* Demonstrate knowledge of revenue management processes, PMS, booking engine, and reporting tools.
* Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
* Work proactively, meet deadlines, and be flexible with schedules.
* Organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Manage people skills and team coordination.
Minimum Requirements
* Relevant education, training, or experience providing the necessary skills and abilities.
* At least three years of experience in a Revenue Management role.
* Experience in the 4 or 5-star hospitality industry.
