Generalist Human Resources Role
The primary focus of this role is to provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including family-friendly policies, sickness absence, employee onboarding and offboarding, exit interviews, and HR transformation projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing performance management processes, assisting in performance reviews, and providing analytical support for performance metrics.
This role also involves collaborating with the recruitment team to understand resourcing requirements and supporting immigration management and mobility. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to utilize and develop talent development resources, identify training needs, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
The generalist human resources role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software such as Workday and ServiceNow is also highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in HR, particularly in a generalist role. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Certification in CIPD qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, and strong organizational and time management skills are essential requirements for this role.
