We are currently seeking an Inventory Replenishment Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all stock of fast-moving items, providing accurate quotes to customers, resolving day-to-day enquiries, part-sourcing, collecting parts from local suppliers and processing customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment.
* Providing exceptional customer service through accurate quoting and order management.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve enquires and issues.
* Negotiating with suppliers to secure best prices.
* Managing supplier relationships to ensure smooth operations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
* Strong product knowledge of MRO and engineering consumables.
* Excellent sales and customer relationship development skills.
* Effective negotiating and purchasing skills.
* Methodical and well-organised with strong knowledge of management systems.
* Current driving licence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.
