Role Description Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised HR Operations Assistant to support both the HR function and day-to-day operational activities across the business in a full-time, 5 days onsite role.
In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing HR administration, while also taking ownership of key operational responsibilities, including office management, fleet coordination, and event planning.
Main Duties and Responsibilities HR Responsibilities Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and assisting with reference checks Assist with job offers and recruitment-related activities, including career fairs and events Coordinate and facilitate onboarding processes, including preboarding, documentation, orientation, and workstation setup Act as a point of contact for new hires and general HR queries Assist in the development of initiatives such as a Graduate Development Programme Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount and holiday tracking Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HRIS Operations Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of office operations across four locations in Ireland, including: - Office supplies and stationery management - Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep Manage the company fleet (cars and vans), including: - Tracking usage and servicing schedules - Coordinating maintenance, insurance, and compliance Organise and coordinate company events, meetings, and internal functions Manage travel and accommodation bookings for the senior leadership team Work closely with the Finance team to manage expenses, including tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of operational and travel-related costs Support and administer travel and expense management systems, ensuring accurate processing, approvals, and policy compliance Support general administrative and operational tasks as required Required Experience 3 years' experience as a HR Assistant/ HR Administrator Benefits Competitive salary Bonus scheme Company Pension 22 days annual leave + 3 company closure days Clear career development path within a growing and dynamic company Information Security Responsibilities All employees are required to always comply with the Company's information security policies and procedures.
