Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to fill the role of Receptionist/Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the daily operations of the office, working closely with the team
* Manage and update client database records
* Draft, proofread, and format reports, correspondence, and documentation
* Take minutes during meetings as required
* Handle general office duties: filing, photocopying, etc.
* Use SAGE Coretime for project codes and new client setup
* Assist with onboarding new employees and student accountants
* Cover reception duties during annual leave
* Support the Administration Assistant during leave periods
* Provide relief support for the department
* Opportunity to assist with bookkeeping tasks such as posting invoices, cash allocations, and bank reconciliations (optional)
* Perform ad hoc duties as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 2 years' experience in a professional services environment (ideally 2-3 years)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
* Well-spoken, professional, and friendly manner on the phone and in person
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Strong written and spoken English
