Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead our residential projects in Cork. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage on-site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
* Implement EHS and Quality policies on site, ensuring adherence across the site.
* Maintain a presentable and safe site by addressing any safety concerns.
* Coordinate with commercial departments to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials/plant/labour to site.
