About This Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal part in the commercial success of multiple residential developments. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of cost planning, procurement and financial control across a portfolio of new-build housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate budgets and cash flow forecasts.
* Analyse tenders and manage subcontractor procurement.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
* Evaluate value variations and ensure cost-control measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
The right candidate for this role will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work effectively with site teams, architects engineers consultants external experts ensuring commercial objectives are met.Supporting junior team members continuous improvement initiatives is also key.
