Job Description
This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing and social care services to residents.
1. Ensure that home policies and best clinical standards are always practiced.
2. Work with different staff members in all areas to maintain high standards.
3. Identify areas of concern and implement action plans with the Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Practice: Ensure the highest standards of nursing and social care are maintained, including reviewing residents with pressure sores, sustained falls or clinically unwell conditions.
* MEDICATION MANAGEMENT: Supervise medication administration by nursing staff, order monthly stock inventory, review medication audits with the Director of Nursing and improve standards through improved compliance by pharmacy reviews GPs as necessary through communications appropriately
, escalate issues promptly; Staff "Training & Development," working alongside other Care Assistants actively fostered by consistent collaborative models promoting proactive engagement.
-Auditing - Responsible: Recent admissions ensured appropriate assessments documented along side planning implementation.
