Job Title: IT Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager with a passion for continuous improvement and rock-solid service delivery to step into this role with influence and visibility during a period of growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead incident & problem management processes, identify root causes, and implement preventative solutions. You will be responsible for managing and improving supplier relationships and performance, driving process documentation, compliance (DORA, ISO), and audit support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Head of IT Ops in delivering high-quality services across the ITIL lifecycle
* Leading incident & problem management processes, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions
* Managing and improving supplier relationships and performance
* Driving process documentation, compliance (DORA, ISO), and audit support
* Becoming an advocate for IT Service Management across the entire business
Requirements:
* 7+ years in IT Service Management, ideally within a regulated financial services environment
* Strong understanding of ITIL (certified in v3 or v4) and DORA regulations
* Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Autotask
* A confident communicator and negotiator with top-tier stakeholder/vendor management skills
* Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments
