Senior Installation Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior installation supervisor to lead the installation of premium window and door systems.
This is a full-time position based in County Kerry, with work throughout the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the installation of high-quality uPVC and aluminium window and door systems.
* Evaluate and implement survey sheets accurately to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Remove existing fittings safely and apply insulation, sealants, and weatherproofing materials as required.
* Maintain a clean and safe worksite environment throughout each project.
* Provide support and guidance to team members on-site and facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams.
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in window and door installation, preferably in a supervisory role.
* Proven skills in both uPVC and aluminium systems, including knowledge of installation methods and best practices.
* Basic plastering abilities, including bonding and skimming techniques.
* A valid, full driving license is essential for this position.
