Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This is an onsite position that will be based in one of our facilities.


* The successful candidate will serve as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit, identifying HR needs required by the business and developing executive HR strategies to support the business strategy.

* As a strategic partner, they will act as thought partner and coach to business leaders to enhance employee engagement and drive a high-performing culture, identify team development gaps, and facilitate team development activities to improve collaboration and team performance.

* They will assess organizational needs of the business units, work with business leaders to change and improve organizational structure, processes, systems, rewards necessary to achieve desired culture and business objectives;

* Serve as change agent in managing organizational changes ensuring achievement of desired results; act employee champion promoting employee value proposition driving employee engagement communication employer choice;
