We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with some of Ireland’s top retailers and brands; working on shopper marketing and retail media creative campaign development. You’ll be the go-to partner for your clients, managing commercial performance and delivering work that connects with shoppers and drives sales.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted client partnerships and a deep understanding of their brands and categories.
Lead the development and activation of campaign plans that deliver commercial impact.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting for your client base.
Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time, on brief and on budget.
Support new business growth by identifying opportunities across our full service offering.
The Person
3+ years’ experience in account management within a marketing, advertising or shopper agency.
Excellent understanding of creative development and design processes.
Strong commercial focus and confidence managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and achieving targets.
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with a proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused attitude.
Organised, rigorous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Confident presenter with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
