Job Title: Senior Electrical Foreman Company: JOL Electrical Location: Dublin, Ireland Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Construction / Electrical Contracting About Us: JOL Electrical is a Dublin-based electrical contracting company specialising in large-scale residential developments.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.Known for delivering quality, safety, and efficiency, we are expanding our team to meet growing demand across Irelands residential construction sector.The Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Foreman to take a leading role on-site across our residential projects in Dublin.This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and deep technical knowledge of electrical systems in large-scale residential developments.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and apprentices on-site.Ensure all work complies with electrical regulations and health & safety standards.Liaise with site management, project managers, and other trades to maintain smooth workflow and timely project delivery.Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide installations.Monitor work quality, resolve issues, and ensure snag-free delivery.Report progress and issues to the Contracts Manager.Maintain site records, including labour hours and material usage.Requirements: Fully qualified electrician.Minimum 5 years experience in a foreman or supervisory role on large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and Irish building regulations.Proven ability to lead and motivate site teams.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Full, clean drivers licence.
