Estimator Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the pricing and delivery of construction projects. They will work closely with commercial and project teams to provide accurate cost estimates, conduct site visits and source subcontractor quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
* Sourcing, reviewing, evaluating subcontractor quotations
* Identifying project risks value engineering opportunities
