We are working with a law firm with an international presence as they hire someone to take responsibility in managing all aspects of day to day operations in their Dublin office. You will ensure smooth operations and process improvements while working closely with Senior Leadership both here and in the UK.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with Office / Workplace Management or Office Coordination to have a lot of autonomy in their role and carve out a position in a busy firm. With a headcount in Dublin of 130, your days will be busy and you will have the opportunity to have a real and lasting impact.Success in this role will require someone who takes a proactive approach to their work. You will be able to take initiative and work independently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a very high level of service is essential.Your duties will include:Welcoming clients and visitors to the office.Managing post and print room – scanning post and distributing to fee earners, logging print issues with engineers, supporting in the production of large documents.Acting as point of contact for external suppliers on day-to-day issues.Managing supplier contracts, issuing new tenders, identifying cost saving measures and onboarding new services.Meeting rooms – managing bookings, set up ahead of meetings, liaising with IT/AVOrdering all office supplies including stationary, tea and coffee, printing equipment.Booking travel, accommodation, attendance at events and conferences for fee-earners.Your role will be fully onsite in Dublin 4.For more information and a confidential discussion on the role please submit your CV to Sarah Ryan in Lex Consultancy today.
