Administrative Support Officer
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, email correspondence, and database management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the operational and clinical teams.
* Minute-taking for meetings.
* Monitor and manage email correspondence and communications with staff across the region.
* Maintain and update internal databases with accuracy and attention to confidentiality.

* Fast and accurate typing skills.
