We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Production Specialist for our clients in County Kerry. The company in question manufactures precision components for the global healthcare market on a 24/7 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support production supervisors to maintain seamless operations during shifts
* Gain hands-on experience in injection moulding, silicone moulding, and automated assembly processes
* Troubleshoot, fine-tune processes, and respond promptly to machine breakdowns
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate workflow among team members and assist with shift objectives. A strong understanding of quality control measures is also essential to ensure product specifications are met.
A relevant technical qualification (e.g., QQI Level 6 or Diploma) in engineering, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing disciplines would be beneficial but not required.
