Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with comprehensive training provided.



Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and email.
* Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Liaise with drivers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
* Manage credit control and ensure timely payments.
* Handle lodgments and maintain accurate records.
* Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
* Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by driving to other depots as needed.



Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* A customer-focused demeanor with excellent communication skills.
* The ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
* Experience in sales administration is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in using computer software and basic office applications.
* Availability to work Saturdays on a rotational basis.
