Responsibilities of the Chef de Partie Preparing and maintaining a wide range of sauces, stocks, and reductions to the highest standard Cooking sauteed dishes, ensuring consistency in flavour and presentation Contribute ideas to menu planning and bring creativity to daily specials. Stock control and rotation. Maintaining a clean, organised section and ensuring HACCP compliance. Control cost and minimise waste.
