Job Overview
As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent sales of all products across the QTP range. Your role involves managing activities to balance stock and sales, leading projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales and inventory management.
Team and Reporting
You will work within our management team, reporting to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
* Review product sales regularly with the Sales and Supply Chain Teams to identify new sales opportunities.
* Support the development and successful launch of new products.
* Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing teams to promote new products.
* Develop processes for the Sales Team to grow existing customers and explore new opportunities.
* Collaborate with the Sales Team Coordinator to focus on key products or ranges.
* Follow up to ensure strategic directions are implemented and monitored.
* Resolve pricing issues sustainably.
* Work with the Quality Department and Product Development to address product complaints efficiently.

* Strong commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internal and external.
* Practical, common-sense approach to work.
* Ability to analyze data for decision-making.
* Prioritization skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
* Team player with a desire to learn and develop.
* Experience in an aftermarket parts business is preferred.
* Attention to detail and task follow-through.
* Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Office 365.
