2026 Supply Chain Graduate Programme

Location: Charleville, Listowel, Newmarket

Start Date: September 2026

Contract: full time; permanent

Role: Supply Chain Graduate

Programme structure: This is a permanent, full-time role that begins with a structured 12-month graduate programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience in one of our core business areas with mentorship and a supportive graduate community.


What You Might Be Doing

* Supporting day-to-day supply chain operations, including demand planning, scheduling, and logistics coordination.
* Collaborating with teams across production, procurement, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of dairy products.
* Leading or contributing to projects that improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Using data and digital tools to analyse supply chain performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Gaining exposure to our end-to-end supply chain—from raw milk intake to finished goods distribution.

You’ll build deep functional expertise while developing the confidence and skills to grow your career in a purpose-driven business.


Qualifications

* You’re on track for a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport or a related discipline
* You’re ambitious, curious, and can’t wait to put your talents into action.
* You’re open minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
* You’re a recent or soon-to-be graduate.
* You’re fluent in English
* You’re eligible to permanently work in Ireland
* Flexibility to work across different sites and functions
