Maintenance Equipment Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Equipment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining process, utility and facility equipment in accordance with cGMP regulations, applicable safety considerations, standard operating procedures, best maintenance practices and the reliability agenda.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Proactively maintain process, utility and facility equipment
2. Troubleshoot equipment issues
3. Interact with all process partners to continuously improve operations
4. Manage external vendor support
5. Perform root cause analysis when equipment failures result in loss of production or personnel safety incidents
The ideal candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification in Engineering or time-served apprenticeship with 3+ years experience in a GMP environment. Preferably Biopharmaceuticals or equivalent industry with drug product fill finishing and packaging activities.
A strong understanding of cGMP regulations is essential. You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and have excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are also required.
