We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager to join our team, offering an exceptional opportunity for professional growth.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in managing approximately 10,000 employees across the ROI and UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of payroll professionals, driving process improvements, and collaborating with various stakeholders including HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
About the Role:
* Manage and develop a high-performing team of 11 payroll professionals.
* Oversee the entire payroll processing cycle, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
* Implement controls, audits, and risk management strategies to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
* Drive automation and system enhancements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* Hold IPASS or equivalent qualification.
* 7+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
* Demonstrate expertise in managing large payrolls (2,000+ employees).
* Show strong knowledge of ROI & UK payroll legislation.
* Exhibit excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
