Technical Advisor
The Technical Advisor will be a key member of the customer service department, responsible for coordinating and supporting Liebherr service engineers, customers, and globally located mixed sales companies.
The primary objective is to ensure a customer-focused approach while contributing to continuous improvement and business development through close cooperation with internal and external departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate service and support for the full range of products and services from Liebherr Customer Service based in Ireland.
* Deliver timely support for customers both directly and indirectly through a network of mixed sales companies (MSC).
* Provide on-site support in emergency cases.
* Prepare and deliver technical reports on project/job completion.
* Train clients, employees, and apprentices both on-site and in-house.
* Liaise with internal departments to eliminate faults and improve products.
* Collaborate with the sales department and global network of Mixed Sales Companies (MSC) to promote and develop business opportunities.
* Develop and maintain KPIs and targets.
* Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring quality, environmental, and Health & Safety standards are always met.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in engineering or an applicable trade.
* Working knowledge of MS Office suite of programs.
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
* Experience in a similar technical support role.
* Ability to work independently while fitting into a team.
* Willingness to self-learn and improve.
