Role: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Dublin(Hybrid)
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our high-performing global support team. This is a senior, customer-facing role focused on resolving the most complex platform availability and performance issues.
As the final point of technical escalation, you'll play a key role in stabilizing mission-critical environments, mentoring junior engineers, and driving platform-wide improvements. If you thrive on solving high-impact issues and working across cross-functional teams — this role is for you.

hat You'll Do:
* Act as the highest-level escalation point for performance and availability issues.
* Analyze and resolve technical challenges across application, database, and system layers.
* Work closely with engineering teams to escalate product-level issues.
* Lead knowledge-sharing and mentorship for junior team members.
* Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule (including evenings, weekends, holidays).
What You Bring:
* 5+ years in technical support, performance engineering, or platform operations.
* Basic exp in Java, JavaScript, Python, and strong command-line skills on Unix/Linux.
* Solid grasp of networking fundamentals, and system troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex issues for any audience.
* High attention to detail, accountability, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
