Longford. This hands-on role supports a high-volume manufacturing environment, acting as a key business partner to Operations. You'll drive workforce planning, engagement, performance, and HR processes that directly support production output and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Operations to manage day-to-day HR activity including ER, absence, performance, and employee engagement.Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, workforce planning, shift resourcing, and coaching line managers.Manage disciplinary processes and ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and embedded effectively.Track HR metrics to support operational decisions and drive continuous improvement.Support change, learning, and culture initiatives to enhance leadership capability and operational excellence.RequirementsDegree in HR/Business or related field; CIPD qualification desirable.3+ years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.Strong HR business partnering skills with the ability to operate on the shop floor and influence across all levels.Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR processes (ER, performance, workforce planning).Solutions-focused, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
